All of our products come beautifully packaged at no extra cost to you. 
 
We aim to deliver the best possible service at all times. Each of our products are hand made with love and care, unfortunately we do not accept returns. If you received your order and its damaged, let us know through the contact page found at the top, through one of our social media accounts or email us at dollscentsuk@gmail.com and we will send out a replacement if necessary, subject to our policy. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
