When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to send out any orders within 3 working days. Given the current circumstances with COVID, there may be some slight

What are your wax melts made out of?
We only use 100% soy wax in all of our products.It's a lot safer to burn in your home than other paraffin based waxes. Soy wax is non hazardous and creates a longer lasting scent throw, we always use the maximum amount of fragrance allowed in our products to ensure this.

I'm not happy with my order.
If, for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us through the "Contact" page,one of our social media accounts or email us at dollscentsuk@gmail.com, and we will do our very best to sort it out asap.

Missing Packages.
Once we hand over any parcels to the courier it becomes their responsibility. Couriers have a specific amount of days to go by before its classed as "Missing". If a parcel is lost, we will get in touch with the courier to get to the bottom of whats happened. They have a timescale they go by to find missing packages, no refunds/replacements will be issued until this has passed, as it may still turn up.
